We try our best to ship your order as soon as possible (1-3 days) but please understand if sometimes there is delivery delays. As we all know, Covid-19 is still there and this affects US Postal Services and Canada Post delivery time line.

For Canadian orders, we are using the non-standard letter mail and ship through Canada Post to save shipping cost. There is no tracking number provided and delivery may takes 8 to 30 days. If you prefer faster delivery and with tracking number, just upgrade your shipping option.

For US customers, your order will be shipped via Small Packet USA-Air. It has no tracking number and delivery may takes 8 to 30 days. Just upgrade the shipping if you want to have tracking number.
