This is a customized listing as you can choose what color of beanies and thread colors you prefer.
To order:
-First select quantity. If you want bride and groom set, select 2 for the quantity.
-On the Personalisation box, please specify which colour of beanie is for the bride and for the groom, and what thread color. Example: Bride-peach beanie- peach thread and Groom-white beanie- light blue thread.

The toques are adult unisex and one size only.
If you want other text than bride and groom, example, Tribe, Squad, Crew, etc., kindly message me to discuss the customization.

For now, we don't accept rush order. This is so because we can't guarantee that your order will arrive on your desired date. We always suggest to order 2 months prior to the date of occassion so to avoid stress of not receiving yet your order.

And the delivery time may take 2-4 weeks to arrive to your address since we are just using lettermail for Canadian customers and Small Air Parcel for US customers.

SHIPPING:
*Our production time make take up to 10 business days to finish your order depending how busy our shop is.
* It is FREE SHIPPING within Canada. For US customers, we ship your orders using Small Air Parcel via Canada post and this has no tracking number. For orders with no tracking number, you will probably receive within 2-4 weeks. If you want a faster delivery or have a tracking number, just upgrade the shipping option when checking out. Delays and delivery time are beyond our control therefore please understand and be patient.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES:
We only prepare and embroider the beanie once we receive your order. Since this is a made to order item, we don not accept return and exchanges. However if mistake is made by us, kindly message us so to discuss the problem and possible solution.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
* This toque is best to hand wash using cold water and just simply hang to dry. No bleaching and ironing please.
