This personalized  keychain is  not exclusive for the names only. You can write your profession (ex. teacher, nurse, abc crew,  your company, your groups, etc. But make sure it contains not more than 12 characters. The longer the names, the smaller it will appear.

To purchase this item, kindly write the name you want to embroider on the personalization box above. If you want to change the name color, just state your request on the  personalization box  or just email us mikarhenzydesigns@gmail.com.

We will email you if there's a problem with the name you listed, usually if longer.

Product Details and Options

This custom keychain is designed and embroidered in our shop. There might be slight imperfection, but rest assured we always make sure we ship the keychain with the quality we set in order for our customers to be happy.

Please note the following:
* Before we ship your order, we always do the quality check of each item to make sure there's no problem upon delivery. But just in case, we appreciate if you could send us a message right away to discuss the issue.
* Due to difference in monitor and screen settings, colours may look slightly different from the actual product.

Shipping and Returns

Our shop is located in Quebec Canada. Currently, our processing time is 5-7 days. This is the time to prepare, pack and send your order to the postal office. This is not the delivery time or the shipping time.

Your package may not always arrive on its estimated date of arrival due to unforseen delays caused by postal service or other circumstances. Some packages arrive soon, the others are longer. And this is beyond our control as we are separate entity from Post Office or shipping company.

Free or flat rate shippings are mailed via lettermail which has no tracking number. Once we drop off your package to the postal office, we can not locate the whereabout of it. Therefore, we advice our customers to give 2-4 weeks for delivery time. For fast delivery, just upgrade your shipping option when checking out.

International orders, please be aware of your country's import duties and taxes, and custom charges. UK buyers will likely pay VAT taxes. These fees and charges will be paid buy the buyers once your order arrives in your country.
